We work with PVC and PVDF-coated polyester membranes, HDPE knitted shade cloth, and specialty films such as ETFE and PTFE where transparency and light transmission matter. Steel frames are specified with appropriate surface treatment — galvanising plus epoxy primer — and detailed to suit soil and foundation conditions. Typical documentation includes material data sheets, connection details and maintenance schedules.
PVDF membranes commonly offer 15–20 year service life with low maintenance; HDPE shade cloth is a cost-effective option for privacy and dust control. CI Shade provides scheduled inspections, tension checks and repair services. It costs more upfront to use premium membrane and coatings — but the life-cycle cost is lower when replacements and downtime are considered.
