Choice International Shade (CI Shade) - the Gulf Region's leading experts in high-quality tensile and structural shading solutions. Based in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
As a swimming pool shade supplier Tabuk, CI Shade fabricates and installs engineered tensile canopies that reduce solar gain, block UV and create usable shaded areas around pools. These are not simple shade sails; they are precision-cut membrane roofs mounted to structural steel, designed for heavy sun, sand and occasional high winds. Architects, facility managers and hotel owners use them to extend pool-side hours and protect finishes — and they expect documented wind calculations and long-term membrane performance.
CI Shade covers Tabuk, KSA and neighbouring GCC markets from a combined manufacturing footprint of 8,000 m². We carry ISO certification, Aramco approval and 23+ years of regional experience, so engineering, manufacture and on-site installation stay in one accountable workflow.
CI Shade acts as a single-source supplier: design, stamped engineering (120–175 kph capacity), off-site manufacture in our 8,000 m² facility and experienced installation crews. As a swimming pool shade supplier Tabuk we specify membranes and steel coatings to withstand intense UV, chlorine exposure and abrasive sand. It costs more to get this right at the start — but the lifecycle savings and reduced maintenance pay back quickly.
We select PVDF- and PVC-coated membranes and HDPE knit for applications where breathability or sun blocking is critical. Membrane surfaces reduce surface temperature and resist UV breakdown; steelwork receives S275/S355 grades with hot-dip galvanising and optional epoxy coatings. All designs are checked for Gulf wind loads and local site conditions.
CI Shade engineers every canopy using CAD and SolidWorks, then produces full fabrication drawings and fabric patterning. Stamped calculations are available on request and we coordinate with architects and MEP contractors to integrate drainage, lighting and pool safety zones.
Swimming pool shades install across hotels, public leisure centres and private residences. We tailor the geometry to sightlines, deck layout and building interfaces so the structure looks intentional, not tacked-on.
We provide stamped structural calculations for wind loads between 120–175 kph, sealed shop drawings and connection details so local consultants and authorities can approve the canopy without delay.
All fabrication takes place in our controlled 8,000 m² facility. Welding, membrane cutting and seam welding follow documented QA procedures and final assemblies leave the factory ready for efficient site installation.
We work with PVC/PVDF-coated polyester membranes for most pool canopies, HDPE knitted fabrics for low-cost ventilated shades, and ETFE or PTFE where transparency and light transmission are required. Steelwork typically uses S275 or S355 sections, hot-dip galvanised to meet coastal corrosion demands, with optional epoxy topcoats for extra chemical resistance. CI Shade manages patterning, seam welding, perimeter cable tensioning and anchor design as part of a bundled package.
Membranes are specified with manufacturer warranties and expected lifespans; PVDF finishes commonly provide 15–20 years of service depending on exposure and maintenance. We offer scheduled maintenance contracts that include tension checks, seam inspection and minor repairs to extend service life and protect your investment.
