CI Shade supplies PVDF-coated membranes and marine-grade steelwork, then patterns and stress-tests every panel in SolidWorks and CAD before manufacture.
We design pool canopies to withstand 120–175 kph wind load scenarios where required, and specify coatings that resist UV degradation and chlorine exposure. A PVDF membrane with a 15–20 year lifespan and self-cleaning surface is a common choice; HDPE works well for economical shades where breathability is needed.
CI Shade engineers the structure from concept to completion. We produce stamped calculations, fabrication shop drawings and full fabric patterning using CAD and SolidWorks, then run value-engineering to optimise cost without compromising durability.
