PVDF membranes are commonly PVDF-coated PVC or polyester fabrics selected for their UV-stability and ease of maintenance. Frames are fabricated from hot-dip galvanised or painted structural steel with connection details designed to control stress paths. CI Shade follows a documented process: site survey, concept & value engineering, detailed CAD/SolidWorks modelling, Gulf-stamped structural calculations, off-site fabrication, then staged installation and inspection.
PVDF finishes improve dirt runoff and reduce staining, extending aesthetic life.
