PVC membranes used in our tensile structures come in different weights and coatings: PVDF-treated PVC for extended UV resistance, and standard PVC with protective topcoats for cost-sensitive projects. Steel components are typically S275/S355 grade, designed for local soil and seismic conditions, hot-dip galvanised and optionally painted. We follow a clear process: site survey, concept sketches, form-finding, detailed CAD and SolidWorks engineering, shop fabrication, and on-site installation with post-install inspection.
Expect a well-specified PVC tensile membrane to last 15–25 years depending on exposure and maintenance. Regular inspections every 6–12 months catch tension creep, seam wear or anchor corrosion early.
