CI Shade uses CAD and SolidWorks for form-finding and fabric patterning, then delivers shop drawings and CNC-cut patterns from our facility. We coordinate with architects and MEP teams, run value-engineering exercises where budgets demand it, and produce full construction documents so on-site installation is straightforward.

Our 8,000 m² production facility in KSA handles full off-site fabrication: CNC pattern cutting, welding, and finishing. Off-site work reduces on-site time and improves quality control for large PVC membrane panels.
CI Shade holds ISO certification and is Aramco approved. We deliver Gulf-stamped structural calculations, and our installation teams follow safety-compliant procedures with post-install inspection and handover documentation.
Typical builds combine PVC-coated polyester membranes (with PVDF topcoat options), hot-dip galvanised or epoxy-primed steel sections, and purpose-designed fixings. CI Shade manages the process: site survey, structural design, patterning, off-site fabrication and on-site installation. Our engineers produce shop drawings and perform connection design to meet local code requirements.
PVC membranes resist UV and are straightforward to maintain — periodic washing and tension checks keep the fabric performing. Steel members are specified with corrosion protection suitable for coastal and desert environments; CI Shade offers maintenance programmes and warranty support to extend service life and reduce long-term operating cost.
