Expect PVDF membrane lifespans of 15–20 years with routine maintenance; HDPE knitted cloth often exceeds 10 years under normal use. We offer scheduled maintenance programmes: tension checks, seam inspections and surface cleaning. It costs more upfront to use higher-grade membranes — but the maintenance savings and longer replacement cycles change the economics over a decade.
