We design to handle high UV exposure, sand abrasion and the occasional extreme wind event. HDPE fabric options come in 70%–95% shade factors and are treated to resist UV degradation; panels are tensioned to avoid flapping which accelerates wear. For projects requiring certified wind ratings we detail steel posts and anchors to meet 120–175 kph design wind loads per project requirements.
Our engineers use CAD and SolidWorks for patterning and connection detailing, then produce stamped calculations and shop drawings for client review. If value engineering is needed, we propose alternate anchorage or hybrid systems — HDPE on a light frame or HDPE integrated with tensile PVC membranes — and show life-cycle cost comparisons.

For structural support we specify hot-dip galvanised or epoxy-coated steel posts and cantilevers, detailed with anchor bolt sizes and concrete bases to match soil conditions. Standard options include UV-stabilised pigments, anti-microbial additives where pools require them, and reinforced hemmed edges with stainless steel fixing points.
HDPE nets typically last 8–15 years depending on shade factor and exposure; heavier shade factor fabrics and regular washing extend life. Maintenance is low: periodic tension checks, debris removal and replacement of damaged panels.
