We design to handle high UV exposure, sand abrasion and the occasional extreme wind event. HDPE fabric options come in 70%–95% shade factors and are treated to resist UV degradation; panels are tensioned to avoid flapping which accelerates wear. For projects requiring certified wind ratings we detail steel posts and anchors to meet 120–175 kph design wind loads per project requirements.

Standard options include UV-stabilised pigments, anti-microbial additives where pools require them, and reinforced hemmed edges with stainless steel fixing points.
HDPE nets typically last 8–15 years depending on shade factor and exposure; heavier shade factor fabrics and regular washing extend life. Maintenance is low: periodic tension checks, debris removal and replacement of damaged panels.
