Framework is generally fabricated from S275/S355 structural steel, hot-dip galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461 or treated with industrial epoxy finishes for coastal sites. We provide construction documents, fabrication drawings and stamped wind-load calculations (120–175 kph where required) and coordinate with the main contractor to confirm anchorage and foundation detail before fabrication begins.
Expect 8–15 years of effective service life from HDPE shades in the Gulf depending on porosity and exposure; maintenance is straightforward — periodic washing to remove dust and salt, tension checks on the fabric, and inspections of steel anchors for corrosion.
