Because the Gulf is not forgiving. HDPE shade structures in Madinah combine breathable fabric with steel framing to reduce heat gain while surviving UV, sand and occasional high winds. HDPE shade systems use knitted high-density polyethylene with UV stabilisers and anti-oxidant additives. Frames are typically hot-dip galvanised steel with optional powder-coating for aesthetics and corrosion resistance. CI Shade also works with PVC, PVDF, ETFE and PTFE membranes when a different performance profile is required. The usual project flow is site survey, concept design, stamped calculations, off-site fabrication and on-site installation.
HDPE resists rot, staining and most chemical pollution but benefits from periodic cleaning and tension checks. CI Shade offers maintenance programmes including scheduled inspections, seam repair and replacement of damaged panels.
