Because Riyadh is unforgiving. High UV, extended heat and periodic dust demand materials and detailing that keep form and function for years. CI Shade engineers each canopy for the site — not for a brochure photo — and selects membrane and steel combinations to match the client’s maintenance preference, budget and design intent.
We specify fabrics tested for UV resistance and thermal performance: PVDF- and PVC-coated membranes, HDPE knitted fabrics and, where required, ETFE cushions. We work with PVC and PVDF-coated polyester membranes, HDPE knitted shade cloth, ETFE cushions and PTFE fabrics depending on the application's performance needs. Structural frames are fabricated from hot-dip galvanised steel with epoxy paint where additional protection is required.
