CI Shade operates an 8,000 m² off-site fabrication facility and holds ISO certification plus Aramco approval. That capacity keeps lead times predictable and quality consistent from patterning to welding and membrane finishing.
We work with acrylic, PVC, PVDF and PTFE membranes depending on the project brief, but acrylic is selected where colourfastness and diffuse daylighting are priorities. Frames are manufactured from S275 / S355 structural steel with hot-dip galvanising and optional polyester top-coats for coastal durability. The process follows defined stages: site survey, concept, detailed design (CAD/SolidWorks), shop fabrication, off-site membrane patterning, and controlled installation by CI Shade technicians.
Acrylic membranes resist UV degradation better than many polymer alternatives and typically require simple periodic cleaning and inspection rather than frequent repair. We offer maintenance programmes that include tension checks, seam inspection and protective coating assessments so the canopy performs over decades.
