CI Shade supplies acrylic (PMMA) in a range of thicknesses, finishes and UV-stable grades. For framework we use S275/S355 structural steel with hot-dip galvanizing or polyurethane coatings depending on the project. Fixings are stainless steel where corrosion resistance is needed. The process runs: initial survey, concept sketches, detailed CAD and shop drawings, off-site fabrication, certified installation and final inspection. We coordinate directly with contractors and client representatives to keep schedules tight.
Acrylic requires periodic cleaning to remove sand and salt residues; we provide maintenance schedules tailored to Jeddah conditions. Typical panel lifespans vary with grade and exposure, but selected Gulf-rated acrylic with correct detailing will outperform cheaper alternatives in thermal stability and optical clarity.
